SoMe ® Breast Augmentation Implant Exchange

This mother in her 30s had an initial breast augmentation with Mentor implants, but with her loose skin lost some of her upper pole fullness (original "Before" photos shown here). She decided to exchange those implants for more cohesive and projected Natrelle SCX 525 cc implants, pocket tightening, addition of Galaflex 3DR internal bra, and fat grafting to her cleavage lines with BeautiFill.
